발표자료는 Power Point 혹은 PDF 형식으로 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 발표 시간 : 20분 (질의응답 2분 포함)
※ 발표 시간이 경과함에 따라 사무국에서는 아래와 같이 시간을 알리는 벨을 울릴 예정입니다.
    발표시간이 초과될 경우, 좌장의 재량에 따라 발표가 종료될 수 있으니 주의하시기 바랍니다.
    - 18분 : 1번 타종
    - 19분 : 2번 타종

Preview Room 이 2/23(금) 오후부터 운영되므로 발표자료를 USB 에 담아오거나 개인 노트북을 사용해야 합니다.
소프트웨어 호환성 문제(MS Power Point)를 방지하려면 Power Point 프레젠테이션을 USB에 저장하는 것을 권장 드립니다.
세션 사이의 휴식 시간 동안 세션룸의 로컬 PC에 파일을 업로드 후에, 파일 작동 여부를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
만약 개인 노트북을 사용하고자 하실 경우 반드시 본인 노트북의 HDMI 젠더를 지참하시기 바립니다.
발표자는 세션 시작 10분 전까지 미리 도착하여 좌장 및 진행요원에게 도착여부를 알려주시기 바랍니다.

Presenters are asked to bring Power Point (or PDF) slides and present their research in a podium presentation.

※ As the presentation time passes, the secretariat will ring a bell to notify the time, as follows.
If the presentation exceeds the allotted time, please be aware that, at the discretion of the chair, the presentation may be concluded.

Preview Room

Preview room is located on the lobby. Due to a high number of speakers and oral presenters in the program. Preview room will be very busy. Please come to the Preview Room upon your arrival at the Meeting (or at least two hours before the session starts) to ensure sufficient time for uploading your presentation materials to the shared folder.

If you miss uploading at the Preview Room, you can bring your materials in USB sticks to the Session Room prior to the session.

A computer for presentation will be prepared and authors are encouraged to use the conference computer for presentation, to avoid wasting time switching between personal laptops.
It is not recommended to switch to your laptop computer (especially MacBook) unless your presentation requires any special software and/or hardware.
The connection adapter, such as those for Macintosh and USB Type-C, which are not compatible with standard HDMI, must be provided by the presenter.
The presenter should upload the presentation materials (PowerPoint slides (.pptx) or PDF) in English to the Preview Desk via shared folder in advance, and please ensure that the files are functioning correctly.
Speakers should arrive in the session room 10 minutes BEFORE the start of their sessions to report to the session chair and STAFF.

E-Poster

E-Posters will be displayed during the coffee break at APFUS 2024 within the session room through their respective DIDs.
